Welcome to Travix, a digital platform that helps users plan trips and organize activities. By registering, accessing, or using the Travix application (hereinafter, "the App"), you accept the following Terms and Conditions of use.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using Travix, you declare that you are at least 18 years old and that you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the App.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Travix allows users to plan trips, save activities, expenses, and get suggestions through artificial intelligence (AI). Some features are only available to premium users.

3. REGISTRATION AND USER ACCOUNTS

To access certain functions, you must create an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access information.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms or that are used fraudulently.

4. APPROPRIATE USE OF THE APPLICATION

You may not use Travix for illegal, offensive purposes or that violate third-party rights. We reserve the right to restrict or cancel access to those who misuse the App.

5. LIMITED FEATURES FOR FREE ACCOUNTS

Users with free accounts may be subject to certain limitations (e.g., number of trips, daily AI calls, data storage, etc.). We reserve the right to modify such limitations at any time.

6. AI-GENERATED CONTENT

Travix may use artificial intelligence to generate activity recommendations, itineraries, or other content. Such results are automated suggestions and do not constitute professional advice or guarantee accuracy or availability. The use of this content is at your own responsibility.

7. ADVERTISING AND MONETIZATION

The App may display advertisements, including third-party services such as Google AdSense. Some banners may depend on whether the user has a premium account or not. We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of such advertisements.

8. ADVERTISING IN THE APPLICATION

Our application may display third-party advertising. To manage this advertising, we use Google AdSense. Google AdSense is an advertising network that uses information about your activity in the application and on other websites and services to display relevant ads to you.

You acknowledge and accept that:

• The content of advertisements is controlled by Google AdSense and not by us.
• The use of Google AdSense is subject to Google's own terms of service and privacy policies.
• If you have concerns about the advertising shown to you, you can adjust your ad settings in your Google account.

9. PRIVACY AND DATA

Your privacy is important to us. Travix processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to such processing.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Travix is provided "as is" without warranties of availability, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation. We are not responsible for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the App.

10. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify relevant changes through the App or by email. Continued use after a modification implies acceptance of the new terms.

11. ACCOUNT CANCELLATION

You can cancel your account at any time. We may also cancel it if you violate these terms. Account deletion may result in permanent loss of your data.

12. DATA DELETION AND ACCOUNT TERMINATION

When you decide to delete your account or any associated data, such as a trip or itinerary, the process is final and irreversible.

To ensure that data deletion is an intentional action on the part of the user, we have implemented a double confirmation process. This means you will be asked to confirm your decision twice before your data is deleted.

Once you confirm the deletion:

• The deletion is total and permanent: All your personal data, including your user account, trips, itineraries, and any other content you have created, will be removed from our servers.
• No recovery: Deleted information cannot be recovered.

13. JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts of the same country.
